An editorial adaptation of Miguel Gomes’ film Grand Tour, reviving the forgotten format of the cine-fotonovela. Popular across Europe in the 1950s and 60s, cine-fotonovelas translated notable films of the time into print, combining film stills and on-set photography with dialogue balloons and narrative captions. Following the exhibition presented at Batalha by Jan Baetens, Gomes’ latest work has been adapted into this format. A magazine edited by David Pinho Barros and Guilherme Blanc.
